Of cause, the management of real estate<br \/>\neconomy should be analyzed from an economic point of view. This includes: <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">market demand, supply, land resource stock,<br \/>\nproperty resource conversion, price of property products, economic wheel<br \/>\nchaining capabilities ( driving force for related industry), the degree of<br \/>\nnational participation in the property economy, the saturation degree and<br \/>\nbubble volume of property products, the tightness of property projects, the<br \/>\ncontrol of real estate economic development, and so on. <\/b>Vacant property<br \/>\nmanagement is ignored by most of us, and no one specifically raise the vacant<br \/>\nproperty to economic level to study. Vancouver has about 20,000 vacant property<br \/>\nunits <sup>[3]<\/sup>. Some vacant property units may have been almost never<br \/>\nrented out because of their location, highness, and so on. At present there are<br \/>\nmore than 90,000 people in Toronto<br \/>\nline up waiting for low-rent housing <sup>[3]<\/sup>. <b style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">When these social vacant property resources are integrated into the<br \/>\npublic service system<\/b>, vacant properties will be utilized. This will not<br \/>\nonly bring considerable profits to the owner of the vacant properties, but also<br \/>\nwill provide better housings for the majority of the members of the society, at<br \/>\nthe same time, it will also save<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">&nbsp; <\/span>a lot<br \/>\nof costs for the Government housing projects. This will be a win-win<br \/>\ncooperation, all happy thing.
