\n1. Introduction<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nWhen we look at the
\nhistory of our human society, we can clearly and easily conclude that
\ntechnology development is the impetus to drive the development of our society.
\nFor a long period, this kind technology development aimed at exploring and
\noccupying the natural resources as more as possible and as fast as possible. We
\nare proud that we can have advanced technologies to utilize natural resources.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nHowever, this single technology wheel driven mode<\/b> is
\nincomplete because it ignores the balance between natural resource and human
\nconsumption of natural resource. So here I would like to advocate a new
\nviewpoint for social development named as dual
\nwheel driven social development mode<\/b>. In this mode, environmental
\nimprovement is weighted same as technology development. The progress in
\nenvironment can also lead the society to develop to a new level and
\nrevolutionarily change the face of our society.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nThis mode provides us
\na more accurate reflection on the internal mechanism to achieve a perfect and
\nlong-standing social development. This mode concludes our scattered
\nunderstandings on the truth of the nature and social development to a simple
\ntheory.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n2. Dual-wheel Driven
\nSocial Developing Mode<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nSingle technology wheel driven mode<\/span><\/b> is well known to
\nnearly everybody. Here I would like to emphasis on the dual-wheel driven social development mode<\/b> which I proposed.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nFigure 1 shows more
\ndetails about the dual-wheel driven mode<\/b>.
\nThis mode weights environment as equal as technology. Technology development
\nhas impacts on human society with the convenience and efficiency it provides.
\nThe difference of technology and its application among countries make it
\npossible for one country to get global resources (natural resources or other
\nresources) easily through the trading of technology products. The country with
\ntechnology advantages will gain capital surplus and can re-invest the capital
\nin technology innovation to continuously keep its leading position in improving
\nhuman life with new technologies. There are many examples in this area, such
\nas: the invention and application of electronic power, the invention and
\napplication of computer, the invention and application of optical
\ncommunication.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nNow let’s look at
\nenvironmental factors. The environment advantages for a country do not means
\nprotecting environment without doing anything, it means improvement of
\nuntouched or damaged environment, supply of beneficial ecosystem, balanced
\nsupply of needed resources, supply of human culture and tourism resources.
\nCountry with such advantages can also export with its excellent tourism
\nresources and environment management mode to win capital to re-invest in the
\nenvironment issues.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nEnvironment
\nand technology are not totally separated. Environment related technology will
\nalso change the face of human life greatly, especially when we look at it
\nglobally. When we focus on these two issues, we may create a new era of human
\nsociety: Post- Agriculture Society <\/b>which
\nmay be the best development form of our society.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nUnder single-wheel driven mode<\/b>, we have
\nachieved great success. We are proud of our achievements. We even think we can
\nnot only find the nature of the nature, but we can also control the nature with
\nthe nature we know. We do have controlled some of the natures, we dig tunnels,
\nwe build reservoirs, and we fly in the space. However we also produce many
\nunexpected results: the changing of the global climate, the expanding of
\ndeserts, the shortage of waters across the world, the widening of the
\nozonosphere empty hole, the disappearing of species. Some of these progresses
\ncan not be easily recovered. So what’s the problem? It’s because we do not pay
\nmore attention to the environment when we explore natural resources with
\nadvanced technologies. With dual-wheel
\ndriven mode <\/b>we can keep both technology innovation and environment
\ninnovation. Environmental protection is not just to keep the natural resource
\nuntouched. That’s my different thinking on environmental protection. The
\napplication of environment innovation will finally change the face of our
\nsociety to Post-Agriculture Society<\/b>
\nor other name you can word it. Some of the characteristics of agriculture
\nsociety are: dispersed and self-supplied unit, reusable natural resource, etc.
\nWhat will we get with the possible invention in environment in the future?<\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nLet’s
\nsee some tomorrow\u2019s pictures:<\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Power supply<\/span><\/b>: if we can find the
\ntruth of photosynthesis, maybe we can use tree and plant like facilities to
\nsupply electronic power;<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Water supply<\/span><\/b>: if we can apply the
\nwater recycling system in each house or building unit, maybe the seasonal rains
\nplus little public water supply system are enough;<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Buildings<\/span><\/b>: if we can find a plant
\nlabel to be applied to our buildings, maybe we can automatically adjust the
\ntemperature and humidity of our living room;<\/span><\/div>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Road<\/span><\/b>: if we find strong
\ngrasses which can bear the heavy weight and erosion of vehicles, we may change
\nthe reflection of sunlight and reduce the city hot-island effects;<\/span><\/div>\n

\nDeserts around the world can be transformed to green lands with some kind

\nSo that’s what the
\nenvironment technology will change our society to a Post-Agriculture Society<\/b>. With the developed information
\ntechnology, we can work and collaborate at home or in any place in the world.
\nThis provides us the availability of <\/span>dispersibility<\/span><\/span>,
\nself-supply and reusability. <\/span><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nJust like the famous Indian <\/b><\/span>Poet<\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/b>Tagore<\/span><\/b><\/span> told us in nearly one
\nhundred years ago: \u201cGod is waiting for
\nthe human being to return to their childhood in wisdom\u201d<\/b><\/span>\u3002<\/span> <\/span>The dual-wheel driven mode<\/span><\/b> provides us a better
\nway to recover the bad effects by the single wheel driven mode. <\/span><\/div>\n

\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u56de\u671b\u4eba\u7c7b\u793e\u4f1a\u5386\u53f2\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e05\u695a\u800c\u5bb9\u6613\u5730\u5f97\u51fa\u7ed3\u8bba\uff1a\u6280\u672f\u53d1\u5c55\u662f\u63a8\u52a8\u6211\u4eec\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u52a8\u529b\u3002\u957f\u671f\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u6280\u672f\u53d1\u5c55\u65e8\u5728\u4e8e\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u5feb\u5730\u6316\u6398\u548c\u5360\u7528\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u611f\u5230\u81ea\u8c6a\u7684\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u62e5\u6709\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u6280\u672f\u6765\u5229\u7528\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u5355\u4e00\u6280\u672f\u8f6e\u9a71\u52a8\u6a21\u5f0f<\/b>\u662f\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u5ffd\u89c6\u4e86\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u4eba\u7c7b\u6d88\u8017\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u6b64\u6211\u60f3\u63d0\u51fa\u4e00\u4e2a\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u53cc\u8f6e\u9a71\u52a8\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u6a21\u5f0f<\/b>\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u65b0\u89c2\u70b9\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e0b\uff0c\u73af\u5883\u6539\u5584\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u53d1\u5c55\u62e5\u6709\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6743\u91cd\u3002\u73af\u5883\u7684\u8fdb\u6b65\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5bfc\u81f4\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5e76\u9769\u547d\u6027\u5730\u6539\u53d8\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u9762\u8c8c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u8fd9\u79cd\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u80fd\u591f\u5177\u6709\u5b8c\u7f8e\u6027\u548c\u957f\u671f\u6027\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u5185\u90e8\u673a\u5236\u7684\u66f4\u4e3a\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u53cd\u6620\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6a21\u5f0f\u5c06\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u81ea\u7136\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u771f\u7406\u7684\u5206\u6563\u7406\u89e3\u603b\u7ed3\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\u5355\u4e00\u6280\u672f\u7684\u8f6e\u9a71\u52a8\u6a21\u5f0f<\/span><\/b>\u662f\u4eba\u6240\u7686\u77e5\u7684\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\uff0c\u6211\u60f3\u5f3a\u8c03\u6211\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u53cc\u8f6e\u9a71\u52a8\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u6a21\u5f0f<\/b>\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u56fe<\/span>1\u663e\u793a\u4e86\u53cc\u8f6e\u9a71\u52a8\u6a21\u5f0f<\/b>\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u7ec6\u8282\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u6a21\u5f0f\u5c06\u6280\u672f\u548c\u73af\u5883\u7684\u6743\u91cd\u89c6\u4e3a\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u6280\u672f\u53d1\u5c55\u5bf9\u4eba\u7c7b\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u5728\u4e8e\u5176\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u65b9\u4fbf\u6027\u548c\u6548\u7387\u6027\u3002\u6280\u672f\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u5404\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u6027\u4f7f\u5f97\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u6280\u672f\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u8f7b\u6613\u5730\u83b7\u5f97\u5168\u7403\u8d44\u6e90\uff08\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8d44\u6e90\uff09\u3002\u5177\u6709\u6280\u672f\u4f18\u52bf\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u5c06\u83b7\u5f97\u8d44\u672c\u76c8\u4f59\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06\u8d44\u672c\u91cd\u65b0\u6295\u8d44\u4e8e\u6280\u672f\u521b\u65b0\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0d\u65ad\u4fdd\u6301\u5176\u5728\u5229\u7528\u65b0\u6280\u672f\u6539\u5584\u4eba\u7c7b\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u9886\u5148\u5730\u4f4d\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u4f8b\u5b50\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u7535\u80fd\u7684\u53d1\u660e\u548c\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u7684\u53d1\u660e\u548c\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u5149\u901a\u4fe1\u7684\u53d1\u660e\u548c\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n\u73b0\u5728\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u770b\u770b\u73af\u5883\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4f18\u52bf\u5e76\u4e0d\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4fdd\u62a4\u73af\u5883\u800c\u4e0d\u505a\u4efb\u4f55\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u610f\u5473\u7740\u6539\u5584\u672a\u53d7\u63a5\u89e6\u6216\u53d7\u5230\u7834\u574f\u7684\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u5e73\u8861\u4f9b\u5e94\u6240\u9700\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4eba\u7c7b\u6587\u5316\u548c\u65c5\u6e38\u8d44\u6e90\u3002\u5177\u6709\u8fd9\u6837\u4f18\u52bf\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee5\u4f18\u826f\u7684\u65c5\u6e38\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u73af\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u6a21\u5f0f\u51fa\u53e3\uff0c\u8d62\u5f97\u8d44\u672c\u5e76\u91cd\u65b0\u6295\u8d44\u4e8e\u73af\u5883\u8bae\u9898\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n\u5728\u5355\u8f6e\u9a71\u52a8\u6a21\u5f0f<\/b>\u4e0b\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u6210\u529f\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u611f\u5230\u81ea\u8c6a\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u751a\u81f3\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u4ec5\u53ef\u4ee5\u627e\u5230\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u6cd5\u5219\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5229\u7528\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u77e5\u9053\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u6cd5\u5219\u6765\u63a7\u5236\u81ea\u7136\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5df2\u7ecf\u63a7\u5236\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u81ea\u7136\u754c\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6316\u96a7\u9053\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5efa\u9020\u6c34\u5e93\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u7a7a\u95f4\u98de\u884c\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u8bb8\u591a\u610f\u60f3\u4e0d\u5230\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\uff1a\u5168\u7403\u6c14\u5019\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u6c99\u6f20\u7684\u6269\u5927\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u77ed\u7f3a\uff0c\u81ed\u6c27\u5c42\u7a7a\u6d1e\u7684\u6269\u5927\uff0c\u7269\u79cd\u7684\u6d88\u5931\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u8fdb\u5c55\u662f\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u6062\u590d\u7684\u3002\u90a3\u4e48\u95ee\u9898\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u7528\u5148\u8fdb\u6280\u672f\u63a2\u7d22\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6ca1\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u5730\u5173\u6ce8\u73af\u5883\u3002\u91c7\u7528\u53cc\u8f6e\u9a71\u52a8\u6a21\u5f0f<\/b>\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fdd\u6301\u6280\u672f\u521b\u65b0\u548c\u73af\u5883\u521b\u65b0\u3002\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fdd\u6301\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u4e0d\u53d7\u63a5\u89e6\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u6211\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u60f3\u6cd5\u3002\u73af\u5883\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u4f1a\u5c06\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u9762\u8c8c\u6700\u7ec8\u6539\u53d8\u5230\u540e\u519c\u4e1a\u793e\u4f1a\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u547d\u540d\u7684\u540d\u5b57\u3002\u519c\u4e1a\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u7279\u70b9\u662f\uff1a\u5206\u6563\u548c\u81ea\u7ed9\u81ea\u8db3\u7684\u5355\u4f4d\uff0c\u53ef\u91cd\u590d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u8d44\u6e90\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u5728\u672a\u6765\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u5f97\u5230\u4ec0\u4e48\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u53d1\u660e\u5462\uff1f<\/span><\/p>\n
